Pack Your Device
Securely place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and components to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
